When she moved to the Palouse she started receiving songs from Spirit, often when alone in nature. She began sharing the songs with her students and clients. Curious about the healing power of sound, Dr Kingsbury completed Tom Kenyon's Professional Sound Healing Practitioner Training in Seattle, Washington in 2007 through his Acoustic Brain research program. She found that the sound vibration of kundalini chants brought her joy and yoga kriyas helped her healing process from chronic lyme disease. Committing to a daily kundalini practice and attending Berkshire Sat Nam Fest exponentiated her healing and she decided to train as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She brings her experience teaching Hatha yoga at the University of Idaho along with Kundalini Yoga Teacher training in Seattle Washington and Malibu California. She brings her experience as a graduate from the Gong Avatar Academy in Newport Beach California to all her individual and group sessions.
