Chose a power animal to support your journey:
Elk Medicine gives us the stamina and endurance to get through the edges, from the known to the unknown.
Buffalo offers strength and protection, wisdom and guidance from the Ancient Ones, the Ancestors who came before us.
Deer opens the heart Chakra, teaching us to trust and to empower the feminine qualities of Love and Wisdom.
Connect to your personal rhythm and the heart beat of the earth. This afternoon you will have the opportunity to make a 15″ maple rim medicine drum and beater. We will gather in sacred space and participate in a guided meditation to connect to the spirit of the totem animal. Focus and patience will guide your parayerful intentions ot create a powerful companion for your journey.

She has taken the Medicine for the Earth training with Sandra Ingerman in Sante Fe New Mexico. She has also attended workshops with Brooke Medicine Eagle and integrates these trainings with native practices learned from her years in Sweat Lodge with her Nez Perce spiritual sister Sharon Stevens.
This drum making class can be taken on its own or as part of the Temple Of Light Academy Shamanic Practitioner Certificate Program.
