Sound Healing and Shamanic Healing Sessions
Self Healing states of the body can be activated with sound healing, specifically sound without words, by bringing the body into Alpha and Theta brain wave states. In these sessions I use sound healing instruments of an optical quartz singing bowl, hoop drum, and shamanic rattles to clear pain, activate your relaxation response, and open your channels for direct revelation. Vocalizing emotion is a powerful form of mind-body awareness and sound healing that is often used in these transformational sessions. These sessions are blended with conscious energy breathing to facilitate cellular transformation. Shamanic Healing sessions include repair soul fragments, healing ancestral patterns, and time-line healing where your present self travels beyond time and space to resolve past issues.
